Dear Applicant. It is time to apply for the Albanian Student Association's annual Scholarship. Here are the guidelines and required information 1. The applicant must be a senior attending any high school in the state of Connecticut in order to apply for the ASA Scholarship. 2. The applicant must be of Albanian descent. 3. The applicant must attend the University of Connecticut for the 2009-2010 academic year. 4. A recommendation from any Albanian community leader (or guidance counselor, principal, teacher, coach). 5. An official transcript of the applicant’s grades must accompany the application 6. A personal letter indicating how your college degree from the University of Connecticut will influence and/or contribute to the Albanian community in the United States or abroad. (1-2 pages). 7. Financial information as outlined in the application must be included (All information will be kept confidential). 8. The application must be post marked by May 1st, 2009.
